We’re seeking a skilled SAP MM Analyst (Level 2) to provide functional support within the Materials Management (MM) module of SAP. In this role, you’ll work with a US healthcare leader employing over 90,000 people worldwide (including 700+ in the Philippines), supporting global business operations and driving continuous improvement in business-critical systems. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day Level 2 support for SAP MM users worldwide Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently while adhering to SLAs Identify and design system enhancements in response to business needs Deliver functional and configuration documentation for all solutions Provide user training on SAP processes and maintain process documentation Collaborate with functional, security, transition, and project teams to ensure system reliability Support compliance with Change Management, SOX, ITIL, and CSV requirements What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ SAP MM support experience with configuration knowledge Strong understanding of SAP ECC6 and standard business processes Familiarity with other modules (IM, WM, FI) a plus Strong analytical, documentation, and customer service skills Experience in ITIL environments and tools like ServiceNow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and on-call for high-priority issues Build your career with a US healthcare leader employing over 90,000 people worldwide (700+ in the Philippines) Work on diverse, high-impact SAP projects supporting global operations Contribute to continuous improvement in enterprise systems Thrive in a cross-cultural, cross-functional environment with growth opportunities Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst Industries Business Consulting and Services We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
