Position Cost Control Engineer – Caloocan City, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Participate in the preparation of the "0" budget, or initial project budget, based on the Bid budget. Participate in the control of all committed and incurred costs of the Project. Coordinate with other project areas to collect objective information for the best forecast of the Estimate to Complete (ETC) of the Project. Anticipate any deviation detected in purchases, quantities and/or prices, and any deviation that may impact costs. Prepare Cost Control Reports for Project Management and Cost Management. Collaborate with the Planning area on tasks that require support of cost control and development of the cost of activities programmed at least nine months ahead. Control measurements of actual and expected consumption of the most significant resources. Review and verify measurements reported by the Production/Technical Office for work executed versus planned cost. Analyze potential future cost risks based on recurring cost variances incurred. Assist the Production area in the monthly analysis of cost and schedule variances. Assist the Production area with a detailed breakdown of costs. Ensure compliance with Acciona's procedures and standards for Cost Control. Perform monthly closings ensuring compliance with standards (dates, measurements, actual costs, transfer of information to other project departments). Apply knowledge of the SEO cost control tool, Functional Control Structure, analysis of economic studies, and monthly control reports; maintain traceability of unit costs and measurements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 3‑5 years of experience in Cost Control Engineering.
