Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Role : Accounting Analyst Work Arrangement : Hybrid Location : Philippines - Angeles, Pampanga Schedule : Morning Shift / Mid Shift This role is a CS Everywhere - Hybrid Work from Home and Office setup with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Ability to use the office when there are Internet or power issues or when client requires to be onsite. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates. Key Responsibilities Enter and process client accounting transactions in the appropriate accounting software on a regular and timely basis and analyze impact of these transactions on the books of accounts. Monitor workflow in Bill.com for assigned clients on a regular basis to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner. Perform compilation procedures in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders. Develop technical competency with US GAAP and various accounting software systems and other applications used to provide the CAS services. Respond to client and India and US firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional manner. Communicate proactively with other firm associates and clients regarding open items or other important matters in a timely manner. Adhere to prescribed budgets and deadlines. Will have to support Construction and Real Estate Industry. Prepare correspondence related to client engagements as appropriate. Participate in core CPE programs. Develop a familiarity with service offerings with the intent of applying that knowledge towards identifying additional client opportunities. Domain knowledge of the related industry is good to have. Actively participate in community activities to develop positive relationships with community leaders and members. Qualifications and requirements An associate degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Chartered Accountant license (or a semi-qualified CA) would be nice to have but not required. Requires a minimum of 2 years of prior bookkeeping/accounting experience. Processing accounting transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking and credit card transactions, general ledger. Prior experience in Bill.com, QuickBooks Online(QBO)/Desktop (QBD) is highly desirable. Experience in ERPs such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Sage, Xero, Foundation or Business Central is not required, but would be nice to have. Experience using SharePoint is nice to have. Bill.com certification and QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification are preferred but not required at the time of interview and hire (will be required to obtain certification after starting). Experience on preparation of financial statements is not required, but nice to have. Non-negotiable Hybrid setup - working onsite depending on client requirement and must adhere #J-18808-Ljbffr
