Job Summary

• The Correspondence Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist has expertise in conducting audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives in Correspondence processes.
  
  

Essential Functions And Tasks

• Identify and analyze quality assurance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality and assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance requirements.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to quality assurance monitoring.
• Promote increased knowledge and adherence to quality assurance standards among colleagues.
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Healthcare quality assurance experience is an advantage.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in quality assurance processes.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Bring valuable insights and make effective decisions in quality assurance matters.
• Flexible and adaptable, can adjust to changing priorities and requirements.
  
  

Compensation

• Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
• This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentiv e bon us in accordance with company policies .
