About the Role

Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of insurance claims.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and settle insurance claims arising from policies in force.
  2. Make recommendations and guidelines for claims processing.
  3. Liaise with solicitors and third parties during investigation and negotiation to serve the best interest of AIA.
  4. Process all insurance claims documents timely.
  5. Respond to inquiries related to claims processing.
  6. May develop and deliver training in claim-related areas, covering multiple product lines such as individual and group health insurance, and handling complex medical claims.
