Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in drafting job offers and preparing employment contracts. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring events. Generate regular recruitment reports and analyze key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employment laws. Knowledgeable in MS Office Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
