Introduction – Driving Innovation with the Power Platform Techforce Group Limited is searching for a Power Platform Program Manager to support transformation projects across multiple industries in Hong Kong. By integrating Microsoft Power Platform with Agent AI capabilities, you’ll deliver smarter, faster, and more adaptive tools that drive progress and scale digital transformation. About the Role The Program Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for the overall success of Power Platform programs, overseeing governance, delivery, and strategic alignment across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders in Hong Kong and lead offshore delivery teams to ensure each initiative delivers measurable business value. The role includes opportunities to travel to Hong Kong for planning sessions and stakeholder workshops, enabling you to build strong client relationships and influence enterprise-level digital transformation. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, ensuring all solutions align with architecture, security, and compliance standards within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 program portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards. Lead the setup and continuous improvement of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE), embedding best practices and governance frameworks. Act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams, driving clear communication, risk management, and progress reporting. Manage executive relationships and participate in governance meetings to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines. Delivery Oversight Lead cross-functional teams (Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers) delivering Power Platform and Dynamics 365 initiatives. Guide planning, prioritization, and execution across projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to architecture, security, and compliance standards. Monitor project health, delivery metrics, and quality through a consistent engagement cadence. Serve as the single point of contact for client leadership across IT and business functions. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage dependencies, resolve risks, and align on delivery objectives. Strategic Advisory Advise on Power Platform governance, licensing, and environment strategy. Support long-term digital transformation goals using analytics and platform insights. Identify opportunities for automation, reuse, and operational efficiency within the Power Platform ecosystem. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years’ experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure programs. Proven expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multi-country or regional initiatives. Strong knowledge of Power Platform CoE frameworks, environment governance, and ALM processes. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in hybrid Agile environments.
