UKG Ready HR Implementation Specialist | Work From Home We are currently looking for a UKG Ready HR Implementation Specialist who will be working with Connext's client in the United States of America. This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management modules, leading clients through full configuration, setup, and deployment of a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The role acts as a subject matter expert in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management modules, ensuring each implementation aligns with client requirements, best practices, and established project timelines. The specialist collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant system solutions that enhance HR and workforce operations. Responsibilities: Lead HCM system implementations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules. Configure, test, and deploy HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Scheduling, Benefits, and Analytics. Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring accurate configuration, data migration, and timely delivery. Conduct client discovery sessions, document requirements, and design system configurations. Provide user training, testing support, and post‑implementation troubleshooting. Mentor junior team members and stay updated on HCM trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years’ experience in UKG Ready HR and HCM/HRIS or payroll system implementations. Hands‑on experience implementing HCM/HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle, SAP, Workday) with strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits workflows, compliance, and system testing. Proven ability to manage multiple system implementation projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure accurate data migration and process efficiency. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, working effectively both independently and in team environments. Demonstrated stable employment history.
