Foreman (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Supervision and Coordination:Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians, ensuring efficient and safe completion of tasks.
• Planning and Layout:Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures, and that work complies with codes and specifications.
• Project Management:Monitor project progress, ensure it stays on schedule and within budget, and manage materials and equipment.
• Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot electrical problems, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
• Training and Mentoring:Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills.
• Quality Control:Inspect electricians' work to ensure quality meets standards.

• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of electrical codes, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems.
• Leadership and Management:Ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team.
