Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Agent - Importation located in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for creating and processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement activities. The role also involves ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining supplier relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Purchasing Agent will be required to monitor inventory levels, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure compliance with all import regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in creating and processing Purchase Orders
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation and Purchasing
  • Proficiency in Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
