• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Risk Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in ISO Management Systems implementation (e.g., QMS, IMS, RMS, BCMS).
• Experience in Insurance Management, strategic or operational risk management, Business Continuity, and related ISO Standards Implementation.

• Identify risks associated with protecting information assets.
• Collaborate with and support departments from an information security perspective.
• Monitor compliance with policies and ensure data privacy is being adhered to.
• Implement security controls and solutions according to security governance requirements.
• Set a risk tolerance level to protect information assets and enable business operations.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments and review results.
• Review, manage, and update risk-related processes, procedures, controls, and supporting documents.
• Ensure the information security governance framework aligns with the organization’s risk governance program.
• Track and record information security risks and mitigation status.
• Identify, assess, and monitor information security risks and propose mitigations.
• Build a cybersecurity process risk & control framework aligned with applicable laws and standards.
• Conduct PCI-DSS and data privacy readiness assessments; establish IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage IT security training and awareness; establish IT security metrics and reporting.
• Develop and implement risk and compliance programs and roadmaps; manage GRC tools.
• Perform other IT security tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and attentive to details with excellent communication skills.
• 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity, risk management, and security governance experience.
• Knowledge of IT security controls, risk management frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, Data Privacy laws).
• Experience with securing networks, operating systems, and cloud environments; ability to define processes and controls.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects; strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with GRC domains (GRC, IAM, asset security, security architecture, network security, security operations).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM are preferred.
