Position: IMPEX and Purchasing Coordinator Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Set up: Work on site Salary: Php16,000-Php19,000 Work Location: FPIP Batangas Postal Code: 4234 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm) Job Responsibilities: ✨Coordinate local deliveries and liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate material delivery. ✨ Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to facilitate smooth shipment and customs clearance of imported and exported goods. ✨ Request, review, and evaluate supplier quotations to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. ✨ Prepare and process import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping papers, in full compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations. ✨ Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the most favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Job Requirements: ✨Bachelor’s Degree in any course ✨At least 5 years of experience in Impex or purchasing. ✨Have experience working in manufacturing is a plus ✨Have experience using VASP System is an advantage. ✨Have experience processing PEZA documents like EZB. S106 and S105. ✨Can start as soon as possible
