About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Makati. As our Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the overall business objectives. What you'll be doing Oversee the company's accounting and financial reporting processes, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decision‑making by the management team Liaise with external auditors and government agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy What we're looking for Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or its equivalent qualification Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a financial controller or senior finance role, preferably in the services industry Demonstrable expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Proficient in the use of financial management software and data analysis tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a keen eye for detail Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices What we offer We are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
