What You Will Be Doing
  • Create and evolve "BrainLifts" - your personal knowledge repository that combines deep domain expertise with customer insights to power both human and AI decision-making
  • Lead rapid, data-driven product iterations through OODA Loops (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act), delivering high-impact changes weekly and measuring success through concrete metrics
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Getting lost in traditional product management bureaucracy - no endless roadmap discussions or feature specification documents
  • Jumping to solutions before deeply understanding the problem space and user needs
  • Running lengthy development cycles - we believe in quick iterations and weekly shipping
  • Making technical architecture decisions - we have brilliant engineers for that
Basic Requirements
  • Entrepreneur in Residence key responsibilities: Proven track record with 4+ years in product leadership, where you've been the driving force behind product vision and strategy
  • A success story under your belt: You've launched at least one product from concept to market success, generating $1M+ in revenue
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in your professional workflow for tasks like research, analysis, and strategy development

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
