About the role Yinshan Lending Inc. is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist - Invoicing Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing to our clients. What you'll be doing Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices for loan disbursements, repayments, interest, and fees. Ensure all invoice data complies with internal policies and relevant lending agreements. Coordinate with the lending and collections teams to ensure accuracy in billing and customer data. Reconcile customer payments from the Masterfile versus the manual invoices made. Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. What we're looking for Associate degree or degree holder in Accounting/Financial Management. Prior experience in invoicing, billing, or an accounting support role is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a financial services or lending environment. Basic understanding of interest calculations and loan repayment schedules.
