Senior Quantitative Project Manager (Remote) Company: M3 USA – a global healthcare innovation leader delivering digital solutions across the life sciences sector. Location: Remote – open to qualified professionals in the Philippines (US EST business hours required). Job Overview M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., invites an experienced Market Research Project Manager to oversee international quantitative health studies. The role requires strong project delivery, vendor coordination, and client relationship management. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end international quantitative market research projects, managing client, partner, and healthcare professional/consumer samples. Configure and test survey links and redirects; prepare and send samples; conduct quality/audit checks; manage respondent inquiries and honoraria. Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to align specifications, timelines, and responsibilities. Manage vendor relationships for accurate, timely deliverables and issue resolution. Monitor data collection productivity and quality; produce regular progress reports. Track study profitability, monitoring project costs and budget impacts. Collaborate with sales and operations to address issues and recommend performance improvements. Support international teams outside normal US business hours. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of market research project management, preferably in medical/healthcare. Self‑motivated, exceptional time‑management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proactive issue resolution. Basic math skills for incidence rate, response rate, honoraria, profit calculations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple online research projects on‑time in a fast‑paced environment. Additional Information We target candidates in the Philippines who can support US EST hours.
