Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Signavio Lead with hands-on expertise in Signavio implementation and a strong background in process mining and business process management. This role requires deep experience in delivering Signavio solutions, specifically for the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors. The Signavio Lead will be responsible for leading process design projects, working closely with clients to understand and align with their unique business requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of customized process solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the design, implementation, and management of Signavio-based process solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing client processes using process mining and business process methodologies to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with Life Sciences and Pharma clients to understand their specific business requirements and translate these into actionable process designs.
Oversee end-to-end Signavio implementation, including two or more prior implementation projects, and ensure successful deployment and integration with client systems.
Provide guidance and best practices for process optimization, automation, and transformation using Signavio tools.
Document and communicate process changes, project progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective knowledge transfer.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Signavio, process mining, and business process management to continuously bring innovation to client projects.
Required Skills and Competencies
Expertise in Signavio Implementation: Demonstrated hands-on experience with end-to-end Signavio deployment and configuration.
Process Mining and Business Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of process mining techniques and business process modeling for optimized solution design.
Project Design and Execution: Proven ability to lead and execute at least two Signavio implementation projects, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Strong analytical and communication skills to understand and document specific client requirements, especially in Life Sciences and Pharma.
Problem-Solving and Innovation: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to bring innovative process solutions to complex client needs.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, with at least 2 years specifically in Signavio implementation.
Prior experience working with clients in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable.
Certification in Signavio or similar BPM tools is a plus.
