Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to lead its corporate communications efforts.

Overview

Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals; create content strategies across channels; manage crisis communication and media relations; support executives with communications needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and execute content strategies across channels including social media, email marketing, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns—from content planning and execution to performance tracking and optimization.
  • Lead the creation of communication materials including press releases, speeches, and key messaging documents.
  • Oversee crisis communication planning and act as a company spokesperson when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication touchpoints.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and manage risks.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of media contacts to enhance the company’s media presence.
  • Organize and coordinate media events, press briefings, and interviews.
  • Provide communication support and guidance to company executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Measure, analyze, and report the effectiveness and impact of communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public relations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Crisis management experience and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication efforts with business objectives.
