Job DescriptionA Public Relations Executive shall support the Country Marketing and Communications Department in execution of through-the-line marketing and promotional/campaign initiatives both on and offline to meet commercial objectives for the Country role. This position will assume responsibility for delivery of clear and concise copy for multiple concurrent projects including collaboration with multiple internal and external teams. The projects include copywriting and public relations efforts in line with marketing campaigns, marketing activities and partnerships.

A PR Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Interpret creative brief to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and client representatives, and participate in client pitches as needed
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
- Develop and manage an annual Public Relations communications plan
- Lead all media outreach and be responsible for ROI on communications efforts
- Build and manage media relationships with local media
- Work with internal stakeholders to manage the communications process within Hilton policy, ensuring alignment and approvals
- Coordinate across marketing and promotional/campaign activities for successful execution of online and offline campaigns
- Align with Marketing and Communications Team for campaign execution and with Country Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure alignment to corporate objectives and guidelines
- Directly manage external agencies engaged for project deliverables
- Responsible for submission of online and offline material/assets to 3rd party media and vendors

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft stakeholder engagement strategies: develop and implement plans to nurture relationships with key stakeholders for the Coal BU
- Master stakeholder management: administer the BU's stakeholder management system and analyze performance
- Safeguard reputation: initiate activities to build, protect, and recover the reputation of the Coal BU and company
- Address local concerns: ensure grievances from local stakeholders are promptly addressed
- Manage performance data: administer RSM platforms and provide data analytics
- Gather stakeholder insights: conduct perception surveys or research
- Champion ESG initiatives: coordinate with departments to support ESG initiatives
- Ensure responsible spending: monitor RSM-related expenses
- Adhere to compliance frameworks: follow policies related to QMS, Environment, OHS, Asset, Energy, Business Continuity, and Information Security
- Promote ethical practices: report risks to relevant authorities
- Protect information assets: safeguard confidential information per Information Security policies
- Embrace continuous learning: perform additional duties to expand skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Community Development, or Marketing
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in public and community relations, project management, data management, desktop publishing and video editing, and basic photography
- Excellent written and visual communication skills; ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
- Collaborative and adaptable with a passion for positive relationships and change
