TESTING STRATEGY AND EXECUTION

• Define and implement test plans for merchant integration touchpoints and product configurations. Identify which test suite / test cases is applicable and adjust it accordingly depending on business requirements
• Ensure thorough coverage for edge case scenarios and failure scenarios. Perform necessary regression, smoke and functional testing in non prod and prod environments.
  
  

COMPLIANCE TESTING

• Conduct regular audits not only limited to wallet transactions of partners or merchants but include experience compliance, integration compliance and security compliance
  
  

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and audit analysts. Should be capable of identifying which test cases should be manually executed or automated.
• Foster a quality -first culture and partner closely with Service Delivery Team on scoping, with Technical Leads on design, with Configuration Analysts on business enabling and product configurations, and with Controls and Governance to ensure regulatory framework is embedded
  
  

QA PROCESS OWNERSHIP AND IMPROVEMENT

• Own test documentation and QA best practices including test plans and test cases
• Conduct periodic QA reviews and retrospective to improve test execution, effectiveness and stakeholders alignment
• Drive the adoption of AUTOMATED TESTING TOOLs and develop test scripts for repeatable and scalable execution
• Track and report quality metrics for ROLLOUT including escaped defect, test coverage and time to resolution.
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of Experience in Quality Assurance roles with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team of QA.
• Preferably with background in fintech, digital wallets or Merchant Onboarding
• Basic presentation or reporting skills
• Software testing experience (cross browser, device compatibility, etc.), especially for mobile apps
• Experience with API testing using Postman or other similar tools and basic database (mySQL) querying
• Familiarity or experience with Test Automation Framework and Tools
• Familiarity with issue monitoring tools and reporting
