Data Management Specialist (Manager/Senior Manager) Job Openings Data Management Specialist (Manager/Senior Manager) About the job Data Management Specialist (Manager/Senior Manager) Responsibilities: Oversee ETL design, development, and maintenance to meet business requirements. Lead data engineers in data cleaning, preparation, reporting, and analysis. Manage data extraction, aggregation, and quality checks for trend analysis, root cause identification, and performance validation. Lead the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouses. Troubleshoot data pipeline and warehouse issues. Ensure optimal data pipeline architecture and data quality monitoring systems. Design data integration and quality frameworks. Define and implement cutover strategies and plans for Data Migration events. Identify and mitigate risks in migration implementation. Coordinate development teams for Dress Rehearsals and post-implementation Hypercare. Develop technical release plans, monitor progress, and manage deployment activities across environments. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or Statistics At least 5 years of experience in data engineering in a customer or business facing capacity A strong understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL processes Strong technical understanding of Data Analytics concepts, data warehouses and marts reporting and visualizations Experience using data extraction and analysis tools, such as SQL and Python Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, ETL development, and data mining With skills in predictive modeling General understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, error handling techniques, data quality techniques and their overall operation A plus if with at least one year experience in Power BI A plus if with experience in Data Migration Location: Makati Work set-up: Hybrid By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for the purpose of recruitment and employment may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or its clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
