Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize business performance.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Supervise project accounting activities, ensuring cost tracking, allocation, and reporting align with project goals.
  • Handle financial aspects of trading and importation, including cost control, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, audits, and tax submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in project accounting.
  • Experience in trading, customs regulations, and import/export documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with cost accounting and supply chain finance.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and financial planning skills.
