Responsibilities Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly sales targets. Deliver high quality, sustainable sales in the defined market. Take full accountability for any follow-up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer. Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to position MicroSourcing as a value-added partner. Required Skills and Qualifications (Non Negotiable) Excellent communication skills and English fluency both written and verbal Confident ability to sell on the phone - outbound cold calling Strong pipeline management skills Prior Experience Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably Marketing or Business Experience in sales – primarily outbound; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year is a plus; experience in BPO or KPO industry is preferred Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized Hardworking and trainable; pleasant and outgoing personality Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records Proficient in managing and updating customer profiles, including sensitive information About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
