On-site - Manila 5-10 Yrs Exp Master Full-time Job Description We are looking for a qualified and experienced Bridge Engineer to lead the construction supervision and quality assurance of bridge infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring structural integrity, compliance with engineering standards, and efficient coordination among stakeholders. This position demands a technically skilled professional with a deep understanding of bridge design and construction, as well as experience in international project environments. Oversee all phases of bridge construction, from site preparation to structural completion Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards Review and approve structural drawings, design modifications, and technical submissions Conduct on-site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve technical issues during implementation Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and project managers Ensure that all construction activities align with local regulations and international engineering best practices Prepare progress reports, inspection logs, and documentation for client and regulatory review Support stakeholder meetings and liaise with international partners and consultants involved in the project Must be aRegistered Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent license) AMaster’s or Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a strong advantage Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bridge construction supervision , preferably in a lead or senior engineering capacity At least 3 years of work experience with international engineering consultants or multilateral organizations/agencies on infrastructure projects Proven track record of working on large-scale or complex bridge projects in line with international standards In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles and bridge construction methods Proficient in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, MIDAS, STAAD.Pro) Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities on technical matters Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in multicultural or cross-functional project teams Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and internationally recognized codes and specifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
