Job Title: SAP Finance Lead (Hybrid Work Setup – Makati) | Pure Dayshift

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Legazpi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Finance Lead to join our team in a hybrid work setup based in Makati City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP delivery operations in the Finance domain, driving innovation through S/4HANA and related SAP technologies, and fostering a culture of excellence in a pure dayshift environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery operations across SAP Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Technology domains, ensuring business value and adherence to best practices.
  • Define, implement, and refine SAP practice strategy in alignment with global methodologies and delivery models.
  • Oversee and ensure successful large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, focusing on quality, timely delivery, and business impact.
  • Provide thought leadership in RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Develop, mentor, and empower high-performing SAP teams across multiple disciplines and geographies.
  • Collaborate with global teams on solution architecture, pre-sales activities, and proposal development for complex SAP initiatives.
  • Represent our SAP practice in leadership forums and client engagements, championing governance, risk, and quality frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 16 years of SAP experience in Finance (FI/CO) or SCM (MM/SD/PP), with at least 4 years delivering full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budget Controllership, and Group Reporting.
  • Proven leadership managing multi-module SAP teams and complex delivery programs in global environments.
  • Strong grasp of SAP Activate methodology, cloud models, integration strategies, and transformation frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Legazpi Village, Makati City three times per week and adapt to a purely dayshift schedule.
