Responsibilities

  • Professional Call Handling: Promptly answer and manage inbound/outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism, addressing patient concerns and inquiries effectively.
  • Appointment Management: Accurately schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments while communicating relevant pre-visit requirements such as insurance documents or medical history.
  • Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance information and collaborate with billing partners and departments to resolve related inquiries.
  • Customer-Centric Service: Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support, ensuring first-call resolution and a positive patient experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Sales) and external providers to ensure efficient service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Active Philippine-Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital or direct patient care experience (Company/Clinic Nurse with COE accepted)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills in a high-volume, patient-focused environment
