Customer Experience Analyst - Business Intelligence, MariBank Monee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Designing and conducting qualitative studies such as field observations, interviews, usability tests and customer feedback analysis for existing and future products and quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate impact of product changes Conducting quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate impact of product changes Studying competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities Exploring and adapting new research practices to improve team’s effectiveness and speed Communicating research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development) Checking customer sentiments through reviews and ratings on marketplaces (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery), social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Reddit, etc.), and other applicable channels Requirements Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Marketing Research, Design, Sociology, Psychology, or any related course At least 5 years of Customer Experience Analysis experience in the FinTech or relevant industry Proficiency in both spoken and written English with the ability to communicate complex business or technical information effectively Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex considerations Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to analyse and synthesise data from both quantitative and qualitative sources Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
