CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Job Overview:
As the Construction Superintendent, you will leverage your extensive experience to oversee
day-to-day construction activities. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the
success of a high-profile project while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans
and timelines.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to achieve project milestones.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure construction activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements
specific to Road and Bridges construction.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues affecting project quality.
Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.
Resource Management:
Efficiently manage construction resources, including equipment, materials, and labor.
Monitor project budget and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Client Relations:
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless
project execution.
Provide regular updates on project progress and address any challenges that may arise.
Qualifications:
Registered Civil Engineer
Proven track record as a Construction Superintendent, demonstrating strong leadership
and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety
standards.
Previous experience with road and bridge construction projects is highly desirable.
