Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS3500, NCC/BCA) preferred. Excellent written communication skills (email-focused). Proficient with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Core responsibilities: Review and interpret civil and hydraulic plans for plumbing installations. Draft and update technical documentation, scopes of work, and reports. Communicate via email with site supervisors, project managers, estimators, and suppliers to clarify designs and resolve technical issues. Ensure all designs comply with relevant Australian Standards, codes, and plumbing regulations. Assist in preparing documentation for council or regulatory submissions, permits, and approvals. Conduct remote QA/QC checks on engineering drawings and documentation. Support tender submissions and job quoting with technical input. Maintain organised project documentation and version control.
