Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors and customer needs. Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Must have knowledge about Aircon Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (social media, CRM, email marketing). Results-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
