This role ensures that distributors are aligned with company goals, sales targets, and brand standards, while driving revenue growth and market penetration.**What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be** **Channel Strategy & Development** Design and implement regional channel strategies to achieve sales targets. Drive distributor market coverage.**Distributor Management** Build strong relationships with key distributors and partners. Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support. Ensure compliance with pricing, branding, and operational standards.**Sales & Performance Monitoring** Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with distributors to develop joint business plans and promotional activities. Drive sell-in and sell-out initiatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.**Training & Enablement** Conduct regular training sessions for distributor sales teams. Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support distributor needs.
