This role involves short-term development projects (ranging from a few days to several weeks) that require gathering customer integration requirements, analyzing feasibility using available APIs, designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Projects vary widely in size and may include: HTML5 web applications Node.js services CRM CTI integrations Web service integrations with third-party systems The role demands a broad knowledge of current development technologies and the ability to quickly learn new systems, platforms, and APIs as needed. You will interact directly with customers via phone, web conferences, and in person (up to 15% travel required). Strong communication skills are essential, as you will often need to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
