Key job responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop a comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Spain region. Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate high‑performing data center management teams. Operational Excellence: Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategies. Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilities. Performance Optimization: Establish clear performance metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Basic Qualifications Extensive experience managing large-scale technological services. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high‑performing teams. Proven ability to deliver complex technological projects. Fluent communication skills in English. Technical understanding of data center infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of network scaling and hardware systems. Experience in data center operations. Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business management.
