The Senior Civil Engineer will prepare the civil design works with a strong focus on earthworks and site grading modeling, pavement design, site drainage, and utility systems. The job requires at least 8 years of professional experience in civil and site development design, preferably with proven expertise in airport projects, large-scale land development, and infrastructure works . Key Responsibilities Lead the design and modeling of earthworks, airport pavements, roadway alignments, site grading, and cut-and-fill optimization using Civil 3D and related software. Prepare designs for airport-related infrastructure , including runways, taxiways, aprons, access roads, and drainage facilities. Integrate GIS data and spatial analysis into civil and site development designs. Conduct design reviews of geotechnical reports, topographic surveys, hydrology studies, and ensure recommendations are incorporated effectively. Ensure compliance with local (DPWH) and international standards (AASHTO, ICAO, FAA for airports) in design and documentation. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and provide technical support during project execution. Mentor and guide design teams in best practices, workflows, and software applications. Special Skills Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and civil design software (experience with 12D and GIS platforms is an advantage). Strong command of earthworks modeling, grading optimization, hydrology, and hydraulic design . Knowledge of airport design standards, land development planning, and infrastructure design codes . Background Extensive exposure to airport projects, land development, civil infrastructure, and site development works . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply innovative design solutions. Highly detail-oriented, with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
