You’ll manage everything from fabrication and technical planning to on-site delivery—ensuring top-notch quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of production and fabrication for large-scale events and projects Oversee layout design, scheduling, and supervision of fabrication teams, suppliers, and contractors Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality project outcomes within budget and timelines Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Manage supplier relationships, including proposal evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance oversight Qualifications Proven experience in production or project management, preferably in events, fabrication, or exhibitions Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party contractors Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field Willingness to travel and be present on-site during project installations, live days, and inspections Project Leader Project Management Planning Process Improvement Team Player Inventory Quality Standards Cedric Pasamba HR Supervisor Wishcraft Group of Companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
