Position: HR General Affairs Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Lapu Lapu City Cebu Postal: 6016 Work Schedule: Dayshift Salary: Negotiable Work Set Up: Onsite JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related course. ✨At least 3–5 years in General Affairs or administrative work ✨Experience in AEP/visa processing is an advantage ✨Amenable to attend interviews ✨Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Process Alien Employment Permits (AEP), visas, and other government documents for foreign employees in compliance with labor and immigration laws. ✨Coordinate with government agencies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. ✨Maintain accurate and updated records of employee permits, visas, and related documents. ✨Arrange and coordinate travel requirements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees and guests. ✨Manage partnerships with travel and hotel providers to ensure cost efficiency and quality service. ✨Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official functions. ✨Oversee office supplies, facilities, and general administrative needs. ✨Provide administrative support to internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
