This role is responsible for overseeing all deposit-related functions and managing branch administration to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Sales Operations Management: Oversee daily deposit and loans sales operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer accounts, transactions, and records. Manage deposit and loan-related products and services, including checking, savings, and money market accounts. Branch Administration: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions of the branch, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and branch organization. Monitor and track branch performance, ensuring operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Team Leadership And Training: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the deposit and loans functions; provide regular training to staff on operational procedures, regulatory compliance, and customer service standards.
