POSITION: BAKING ASSISTANT / BAKING COACH TheBaking Assistant / Baking Coach is responsible for assisting clients or customers in baking and decorating cakes and pastries. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the clients or customers will be given all their needs during their baking session. Provide accurate information about the baking tools, ingredients and baking procedure to ensure client satisfaction. Provide solution and feedback if problems occur during the baking session Provide baking tips to the customers Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Qualifications College Level or Certificate Course related to Food or equivalent With at least 1-2 years of experience in baking, baking assistant, customer service, service crew, or related work experience in the food industry Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Advanced ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
