JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree Holder
With 1-2 years’ experience in sales
With experience in sales invoice, purchase order and processing PEZA related matter
Amendable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in uploading to downloading all transactions like sales order from customers, purchase order to suppliers, arriving of goods and sales invoice.
Communicating to supplier and warehouse department in taking the assigned tasks.
Ensuring timely distribution of products to respective customers.
Organizes and arranges quotation, client sales order, purchase order to supplier, and sales invoice files.
Receives and responds to customer's inquiries.
