As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for Rockwell's properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze market and industry metrics to formulate strategies and business direction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

  • Licensed Broker
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related course.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Highly adaptable
