Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, fryers, dishwashers, etc.).
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on kitchen machinery and appliances.
  • Ensure all equipment complies with safety and health regulations.
  • Technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Qualifications
  • Interested to WORK ABROAD.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in stewarding, preferably in a hotel, resort, or cruise ship setting.
  • Coordinate with the engineering or maintenance department for major repairs.
  • Keep records of repairs and maintenance schedules.
