Content Analyst – LSEG Taguig Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines We are looking for a Content Analyst to gather, analyze, and maintain financial content with accuracy and efficiency. The role involves ensuring data quality, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the continuous improvement of content operations. Responsibilities Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge. Communicate & collaborate closely with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers. Leverage expertise in data‑related issues and financial regulations to ensure compliance. Improve efficiencies in work practices by implementing automation where possible. Optimize the use of available tools and support to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations. Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness in accordance with company standards for covered product/market. Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing user feedback. Support specific projects as assigned by the manager and participate in Six Sigma initiatives when applicable. Enforce change‑control procedures, Content Operations standards, and current data policies and procedures. Deliver high efficiency and quality data while proactively settling and resolving data problems and mentoring less experienced team members. Qualifications Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in data management systems. Knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in the relevant markets. Experience with automation tools and improving data workflows. Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Six Sigma Green Belt training is a plus.
