Duties and responsibilities:

- Accepting customers, addressing enqueries and complaints; providing excellent customer service.

- Operate the cash registers/POS.

- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

- Receive payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and provide receipts to every customer.

- Processing refunds, exchange of items, and resolving complaints.

- Follow all store procedures regarding with coupons, gift cards, and/or the purchase of certain items.

- Maintaining a clean workspace.

- Must be willing to be assigned in Ayala, Makati City

Requirements:

- At least Senior High School Graduate.

- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Basic algorithmic thinking and computer skills.

- With pleasing personality and physically fit.

- A team-player and works well in a fast-paced environment.

- A keen attention to detail.
