About the Role

At CoverGo, we help insurance companies and banks to make insurance 100% digital, enabling better service for their customers. We build a platform that adapts to their needs as they grow.

Our clients want to easily change frontend without needing to code or depend on us. By adding more low-code and no-code tools, we empower business users to take charge. Clients choose us because we can deploy everywhere and we have a modern tech stack, not legacy systems.

At CoverGo, you will solve complex customer problems and deliver solutions that will be talked about.

What You Will Do
  • Partner directly with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into pixel-perfect, branded UIs
  • Own end-to-end design for client delivery projects and solution showcases
  • Adapt core product features and UI patterns to diverse client use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate rapidly
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts
  • Ensure pixel-perfect visuals, smooth interactions, and strict adherence to brand/design-system standards
  • Conduct rapid usability checks and deliver value-driven refinements on tight timelines
What We Need
  • A strong portfolio of client-facing apps or websites
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX under deadlines
  • Expert command of design systems, style guides, and brand application
  • Exceptional attention to detail in visuals, micro-interactions, and handoff specs
  • Structured process including research, sketching, prototyping, testing, and handoff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Insurance industry experience is a bonus but not required
