Position Title Credit Administration Officer Job Summary SupervisesCreditCommittee Approval function which includes the following: Ensure proper implementation of the CreditApproval process Manage and review account monitoring reports such as creditproposals' action item, account milestone trackers, productivity metrics, account progress and write-off reports, account report requiring Boarddecision. Specific Duties & Responsibilities Management of compliance and regulatory requirements Maintain creditadministrative files Coordinate with CreditEvaluation teams and Relationship Managers Review CreditGroup's monthly expenses by acting as a control to all office requirements and IT/Non-IT item requests made by CreditOperations Team. Manage HR-related requirements for CreditGroup such as employee onboarding/offboarding, CreditGroup-managed training programs, CreditGroup's participation and compliance to institutional training programs, updating of organizational chart and maintenance of employee database. Provide support to CreditOperations and Admin Head in preparing materials needed for Townhall and Senior Management Committee meetings, and CreditConference. Other admin-related tasks such as maintenance of asset inventory, gate pass and work permit requests.
