Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of SAP Testing Lead located in Makati City, Philippines through September 26, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.

The SAP Testing Lead is responsible for enhancing the testing strategy, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of software testing activities to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role involves managing a team of testers, developing test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and third parties to meet enterprise ERP testing goals. It also includes lifecycle management and support of the Testing product suite, including infrastructure and application layers.

Responsibilities

• Establish test standards and governance processes in alignment with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies and plans
• Define scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for testing activities
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Progress use of AI tools in test automation maturity
• Lead, mentor, and manage QA/test engineers
• Oversee test execution and ensure timely delivery
• Provide training and support to enhance team capabilities

Test Execution & Management

• Design, review, and execute test cases (manual and automated)
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
• Track and manage defects using Tricentis tools
• Engage ERP teams and the Digital Core Program regularly
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback
• Report testing progress, metrics, and quality status to stakeholders

Process Improvement

• Evaluate and improve testing processes and tools
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices
• Promote test automation and continuous integration practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of relevant SAP testing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)

Preferred Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester
• Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE)
• ITIL Foundation
• ERP functional/technical

SAP Finance Lead — Associate Director

This role requires deep SAP FI/CO expertise, finance transformation leadership, and experience delivering large SAP S/4HANA implementations. Responsibilities include leading multi-industry S/4HANA Finance programs, defining strategy and roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring teams. Qualifications include 13+ years in SAP FI/CO with 4+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, strong leadership, and experience with SAP Activate, cloud models, and integration. Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification, ESG exposure, AI/ML knowledge.
