Discover more about us here: Work set up Onsite in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and compliant banking services. Lead branch staff in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Implement internal controls to manage operational, credit, compliance, and reputational risks. Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, including customer onboarding, AML/CFT rules, and loan documentation. Review and approve loan applications in accordance with bank credit policies. Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategic initiatives for growth. Develop relationships with the local community, clients, and regulators. Maintain a high standard of corporate governance and ethical business conduct. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a rural or thrift bank. Strong knowledge of banking operations, lending processes, and BSP regulatory compliance (e.g., MORB, AMLA). Proficient in risk management and financial analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Background Experience managing a rural bank branch. Completed mandatory AML/CFT training per BSP/AMLC guidelines. Familiarity with BSP Circulars related to branch operations and consumer protection. Awareness of performance indicators in rural banking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
