We are seeking a Careline Counsellor to support our Naluri members in achieving their best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will contribute to our mission to improve mental and physical health through behavioural science, data science, and digital design.

Who we're looking for

Education and Professional Certification

• Possess a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and
• Passed the Psychologist Licensure Examination administered by, and registered with, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in counselling/mental health sector;
• Proficiency in English and Tagalog (both spoken and written). Proficiency in regional languages such as Cebuano, Ilokano, Hiligaynon, or Bicolano is a plus, depending on the service location and client population.

What you’ll be doing

• Answering calls for emotional support;
• Assessing clients through detailed conversations, exploration, and observations to determine appropriate interventions;
• Assisting clients with coping strategies;
• Keeping confidential records;
• Building trust and respect with clients;
• Liaising with Naluri Careline Admin to ensure continuity of care when necessary;
• Able to work a shift schedule.
