Job Summary:
Bureau Veritas is looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to oversee the electrical systems of a water utility project in CALABARZON. The role includes inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and inspect electrical installations including pumps, control panels, SCADA systems, and backup power systems.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • Review and verify electrical drawings, load calculations, and single-line diagrams.
  • Prepare QA/QC reports, track non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for material inspections and approvals.
  • Support audits and ensure documentation aligns with ISO 9001 and project requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in utility or infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of SCADA, instrumentation, and power distribution systems
  • Experience with QA/QC processes and ISO standards
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
