Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Responsibilities:

  • Managed ServicesOperations :Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow modules (ITxM, CSM, HRSD,IRM, SecOps, SPM), including incident resolution, problemmanagement, service request fulfillment, and change management.
  • Integration Support :Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise systems(e.g., SAP, Active Directory, QMIS) using REST, SOAP, andIntegration Hub, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :Work with IT, business, and vendor teams to gather requirements,provide technical guidance, and deliver training on ServiceNowfeatures to drive adoption.
RequiredQualifications Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNowadministration, development, or architecture, with at least 7 yearsfocused on managed services or support/enhancement roles.
  • Proven expertise inimplementing and supporting ServiceNow modules: ITxM (ITSM, ITOM,ITBM), CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM.
  • Hands-on experiencewith incident resolution, service request fulfillment, cloningactivities, patch management, and platform upgrades in enterpriseenvironments.
  • Familiarity with integrations involvingSAP, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems in the oil andgas or similar industries.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator(mandatory).
  • At least two of the following ServiceNowcertifications (highly preferred):
    • Certified Implementation SpecialistITSM
    • Certified Implementation SpecialistCustomer Service Management
    • Certified Implementation SpecialistHuman Resources
    • Certified Implementation SpecialistRisk and Compliance
    • Certified Implementation SpecialistSecurity Operations
    • Certified Implementation SpecialistStrategic Portfolio Management
  • ITIL Foundation or higher (preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITxM(Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, ITOM, ITBM), CSM (CaseManagement, Customer Portal), HRSD (Employee Service Center,Onboarding), IRM (GRC, Risk Management), SecOps (VulnerabilityResponse, Threat Intelligence), and SPM (Portfolio and ProjectManagement).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting(JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes).
  • Strong knowledge of integrations usingREST, SOAP, and ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer,Workflow Editor, and Now Assist (GenAI capabilities) for automationand process optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills to address complex technical and operational issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities, particularly with IT, business, and vendorteams.
  • Ability to work independently and in acollaborative, fast-paced managed services environment.
  • Adaptability to handle evolvingrequirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
